Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and kn88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, promotions, and features available at kn88.im and any associated mobile applications or platform mirrors.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Acceptable verification documents include a valid Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending review.

Account Registration & Verification

Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile number, and a valid email address.

Each individual person may hold only one active account on the kn88 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kn88 uses technical and manual verification processes to identify duplicate registrations, and any duplicate accounts identified will be suspended pending investigation.

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your kn88 wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.
• kn88 may place temporary holds on withdrawals pending KYC verification, responsible gaming reviews, or fraud investigations. Such holds will be communicated to the player by email or live chat.
• Any funds deposited via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay will be returned exclusively to the originating mobile wallet account. kn88 cannot redirect withdrawal proceeds to a different payment account.

Bonuses & Promotions

kn88 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, tournament prizes, and other incentive offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of issuance, as well as the general provisions set out in this section.

Unless the specific promotional terms state otherwise, the following general bonus rules apply to all kn88 promotional offers:

1. Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in the individual offer terms.
2. Eligible games: Not all games on kn88 contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category (slots, live dealer, sports betting) is specified in the individual offer terms.
3. Minimum odds: Sports betting wagers placed using bonus funds must meet a minimum odds threshold as specified in the individual offer terms. Wagers placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not count toward wagering requirements.
4. Expiry: All bonuses expire within the time period specified in the individual offer terms. Unexpired bonus funds and associated wagering requirement progress are forfeited upon expiry.
5. One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
6. Abuse prevention: kn88 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or close any account where kn88 has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus terms have been exploited, circumvented, or abused — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or arbitrage strategies.

kn88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players by email. Seasonal promotions — including those tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, IPL season, and Bangladesh Victory Day — are subject to the same general bonus provisions unless their individual terms state otherwise.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the kn88 sportsbook and all wagers made in kn88 casino games are subject to the rules set out in this section, as well as any game-specific rules published within each individual game or betting market interface.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kn88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or withdrawal process.
• Money laundering: Using the kn88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds. kn88 complies with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Account Closure & Suspension

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your kn88 account at any time by contacting the 24/7 live chat support team or by emailing support at kn88.im. Before processing a voluntary closure request, kn88 will settle any pending bets, verify your identity, and process any remaining eligible balance to your registered withdrawal method. Voluntary account closure requests initiated as part of a self-exclusion programme are processed under the responsible gaming procedures described in our Responsible Gaming policy.

Enforced suspension: Where an account is suspended by kn88 pending investigation, the account holder will be notified by email. During a suspension, login, deposit, and withdrawal access will be restricted. kn88 aims to complete all account investigations within 30 days of initiating a suspension. Following investigation, the account will either be reinstated, permanently closed, or subject to conditions at kn88's discretion.

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

• Any losses arising from changes to game rules, sporting event outcomes, or tournament structures made by third-party game studios, sporting bodies, or event organisers.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kn88's liability for death or personal injury caused by kn88's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments to These Terms

kn88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in applicable law, platform features, payment methods, game offerings, responsible gaming obligations, or kn88's internal operating procedures.

When material changes are made to these Terms, kn88 will notify registered players by email to the address associated with their account, and will display a notice on the kn88 platform for a period of at least 14 days before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the kn88 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. Governing Law & Disputes
